We are looking for a dedicated Director of People Services to lead our human resources and co-worker relations efforts in Hot Springs, AZ. This on-site role is key to developing a family-friendly, employee-focused environment while aligning HR strategies with the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in co-worker relations, compliance, and talent management. You will work closely with leadership to drive recruitment, retention, and development initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement goals for co-worker relations, enhancing organizational culture.

  • Lead and implement departmental goals, ensuring alignment with clinical, administrative, and ethical standards.

  • Oversee daily operations, including patient care, technology use, service levels, and complaint management.

  • Manage staffing activities, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and continuing education.

Director of Case Management

Job Title: Director of Case Management
Location: Fort Mohave, AZ (On-site)
Salary Range: $118,000 - $150,000
Reports To: Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 + $5,000 Relocation for a 3-year commitment

We are seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to lead and coordinate the case management, utilization review, and discharge planning functions at our facility in Fort Mohave, AZ. This role is critical in ensuring the quality of patient care and resource utilization, promoting continuity of care, and optimizing patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner. You will work closely with clinical staff, social services, and physicians to create comprehensive care plans and manage the discharge process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient management, satisfaction, and resource efficiency.

  • Coordinate the integration of social services and case management with patient care, discharge, and home planning.

  • Conduct concurrent medical record reviews and ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, and state agencies.

  • Advocate for patients by investigating and reporting adverse occurrences and educating staff on resource utilization.

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to maintain appropriate costs per case and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Lead interdisciplinary patient care rounds to review treatment goals, resource use, and post-hospital needs.

  • Manage departmental goals aligned with the organization’s mission and strategic plan, ensuring financial oversight and performance improvement.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher.

  • Active Arizona RN license or Compact State RN license.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Case Management in a critical care hospital.

  • BLS certification upon hire.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Master’s degree.

  • Certification in Case Management (CCM or ACM).

  • 5+ years of experience in case management leadership or senior management in a critical care setting.
